You can see the status of the unlock process on the account>trustees page.

If the box with the deceased’s profile picture does not display an icon of a clock, the unlock process has not been started yet.

If a trustee has already started the process, the box with the deceased’s profile picture will display an icon of a clock, as well as the number of hours until the account becomes accessible.

Once the image of the clock changes into that of an opened lock, you will have access to the information in the account. You will also receive a confirmation via email.
